Your options:
1: Pay Later
As mentioned above, we're offering payment extensions of up to 11 weeks next quarter.
Your Q3 invoice is normally sent out on the 1st of July and is due by the 28th July. We'll still be sending your invoice to you on the 1st July, but given the circumstances, we're offering due-date extensions up to Friday the 18th September.
If you'd like to pay later, once you've received your invoice, drop us an email confirming when you can pay and we'll push the due-date back until then. Please note, you will need to speak to your bank if you have a Direct Debit setup.
2: Go Domain and Email only
We have a
Domain & Email Only
option that can bring costs down if you no longer need your site.
This would require us to permanently delete your website from our hosting, so is not a suitable option for those who need their website online in future.
We strongly advise you consider the ramifications of removing your website from the web and subsequently, Google. A website coming offline is usually the last thing to happen prior to a business's closure.
It's for this reason we wanted to offer extended payment terms for July's Q3 invoice to help our clients avoid such action.
3. Cancel & Take Website Offline Permanently
We strongly advise you consider the ramifications of removing your website from the web and subsequently, Google. A website coming offline is usually the last thing to happen prior to a business's closure.
See Google's advice and warning on this here
The last thing we want is to see you go, but if you need to cancel your account with us, you absolutely can.
See our cancellation policy here
If you know you'll need your site in future, we'd advise against cancelling as it involves us deleting your website from our services. In future, to rebuild the site from our archives would require a £175+VAT reactivation fee.
It's for this reason we want to offer extended payment terms to help businesses through the next few months.
