How To View Enquiries

1:
First of all we need to navigate to the enquiries tab in The Toolkit. To do this click the ' Home ' button in the top left of the screen, then click ' Enquiries '.

The next screen will have the list of enquiries you have recieved through the site. To view what an enquiry says simply click on it.

3:
The final screen gives you more details about the enquiry, including details for you to contact and an answer for each form field that has been completed by your customer. If the enquiry is spam you can report it by clicking the ' Report Spam ' button at the bottom of the page.
