Toolkit Broadcast is a password protected, SSL encrypted service white labelled to Toolkit Websites for our customers to use. Broadcast allows customers to send regular email marketing communications to thousands of their contacts at any time.

Toolkit Broadcast stores marketing campaign performance data & each business accounts customer contact information.

Broadcast is accessible by registered users on each account as well as Webmaster users (Toolkit Support Staff).

Contact Lists

Toolkit Broadcast stores all client data uploaded to it by it's users in it's contact lists area. Broadcast holds from the basic Name & Email information all the way to Gender, Address, Organisation, Phone Number etc. Broadcast allows users to segment their clients based on demographics and categories specific to their products and services.

Users have the ability to securely and permanently delete individual contacts within a list or entire contact lists at once.

Clients within contact lists have the ability to unsubscribe themselves automatically by following the 'unsubscribe' feature which is required by law on all campaigns.

Mailer Data

All marketing campaigns sent out using Toolkit Broadcast have default analytic services which give insight in to a mailers performance. This ranges from clicks, links selected, opened emails to bounces, spam flags and unopened emails.

Your Responsibility

All personal data stored in Toolkit Broadcast is the responsibility of the client. Contact Lists can be uploaded, edited and deleted by Broadcast users within the service. Toolkit Websites cannot be held responsible for any data or use of data within Toolkit Broadcast.

Cake Mail are a Canadian based firm who are PIPEDA compliant. PIPEDA stands for Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. It's a Canadian data privacy law which is recognized by the EU as providing an acceptable level of protection for customer data. When you obtain permission from EU users and their contacts to get their data you don't need to request further consent to export it to Cake Mail's Canadian servers.

Security Protocols

Toolkit Broadcast is only accessible by registered Broadcast users.

Users can only be added by either having the request put in writing to Toolkit Websites directly from active Toolkit users on account with us or by being added by a pre existing registered Broadcast user. Only registered broadcast users have access to the data stored within each account. Users can be removed by request to support@toolkit.uk
