Any email addresses, domains or IP addresses in your Whitelist/Safelist will automatically have their emails land in your inbox. Whitelisting is therefore useful for accepting emails that the email service would normal consider spam.
1: In Webmail , click on the Hamburger Menu in the top right and corner of the screen. In the drop down box, choose Settings .
2: In the box that opens, click on ' Spam Settings '. In the tabs along the top, choose ' Safelist '.
3: Press ' Add ' underneath the correct box for the information you wish to whitelist.
4: Enter the domain, email address or IP Address and press ' Add '.
Press ' Save ' once you've added all of the information you need to whitelist.
