This guide will take you through the process of setting up AnyDesk for us to remote into your computer for remote support. Our Support Team use AnyDesk to remote into your machine and provide on site support from off site.
1: Visit AnyDesk here: AnyDesk Click the " Download Now " button.
2: Once pressed, A nyDesk will automatically download to your computer. You do not need to enter any details anywhere; just click the installer that will pop up in your browser. (We've used Chrome as an example here)
3: Your AnyDesk is all set up and ready to go just from clicking on it. Just read out your Address code to your support agent. Congratulations, you are all done!
3: A window will pop up with a step by step guide for how to get AnyDesk ready to use on Mac, follow these instructions. Congratulations, you are all done!
