If you're having trouble setting up your account on Outlook, you may need to upgrade or revert your Outlook version. Please note: This is only for Windows Outlook users.
1: Within Outlook, you can change which version of Outlook you're using (New, or Old) by pressing this button at the top left of your Outlook window.
2. Congratulations! You've now changed your Outlook version, please try re-adding your IMAP Mailbox to Outlook and this should resolve any issues you've had adding your account.
