How to activate a Domain Catch-All address

If someone sends an email to a non-existing email address using your domain suffix, you can activate Catch-All to redirect those emails to another email address under your domain.

To do this, get in touch with us and let us know the domain and email address that you would like to use to catch the emails, and we can set this up for you.

Example:

Consider the following email addresses have been set up:

info@example-domain.com
hello@example-domain.com

We can then set up a Catch-All rule to redirect emails to info@example-domain.com.

This means if someone sends an email to admin@example-domain.com (an email address that doesn't exist), the email will be sent to info@example-domain.com instead.
