Occasionally people who recieve your email will be unable to see the HTML version of your email - this can be due to slow internet speeds, simplistic mail clients etc. - when this happens it is useful to have a plain text version so that these contacts can view it too.
1: Login to Toolkit Broadcast - https://www.toolkitbroadcast.co.uk
2: Click on the Campaigns tab.
3: Here you will see all of your campaigns, click on the one you wish to edit.
4: On the left hand side of the screen you will see a box that will allow you to choose either plain text or advanced editing of the email. Click on 'Edit plain-text version' .
5: A box will appear with a plain text editor. Here you can 'Generate from HTML' which will convert your HTML email to plain text or you can simply type out what you want for this version. Click 'Save' once you are happy with the document.
