This guide covers exporting an address book in Toolkit Webmail. Be sure to save all your RECENT ADDRESSES before doing this so all your contacts are migrated.
You may also need to back up your address books in your third party mail apps (Outlook, Thunderbird etc) as this is separate to Webmail.
1: Once logged in to Toolkit Webmail, click the 'Contacts' button at the top.
2: Next, select the correct address book, and choose "Import/ Export Contacts".
3: Choose "Outlook 2003/2007" and click "Export". This will download the Contact list to your device in the correct format.
4: Next, log in to Open Xchange
5: Select the hamburger menu in the top left, and choose "Address Book".
6: Select the address book that you'd like to import the contacts to, click the "3 dots" menu icon next to the contact list, and then click "Import".
7: Change the format to "CSV", upload the CSV file from your download folder, and then choose "import".
9: You will now have your contact list in Open Xchange!
