Track your data

To start tracking your data, generate your Meta pixel tracking code in Facebook Ads and send us over the code.

It should look similar to this:

You can also add the tag to Google Tag Manager, and send us your GTM code.

Track form conversions

If you'd like to track your form conversions with Meta Pixel, we can set up a custom thank you page for the form on your site and track when someone views the thank you page by implementing your Meta Pixel tag onto the page.

Track events

Tracking events such as leads requires you to write some custom JavaScript to add to the tracking code. See Meta's documentation for extensive guides on how to track certain events. If you are unsure on how to provide this code yourself, we can write events for your site based on our hourly rate.

An event code should look similar to this and be pasted in the body when you want the event to occur:

Tracking ecommerce with Shoprocket

If your website has ecommerce integration with Shoprocket, Shoprocket can send events to Meta so that you can track your data. The events that can be fired are:

  • add_to_cart
  • remove_from_cart
  • begin_checkout
  • purchase
  • view_item
  • view_cart
  • select_item
  • checkout_progress
  • generate_lead

Shoprocket can also send user data to Meta. Please note that this feature is only available with the Business plan or higher.
