How to change the amount of images shown on a gallery page

This video demonstrates how you can change the amount of images which are shown on a default gallery page.

Step By Step Guide

1:
Once in The Toolkit, click ' Content ' on the left and then choose ' Images '.

Select the ' Advanced ' button in the top right.

From the list of options select ' List Folders '.


4:
Choose the folder you would like to change the settings of.


5:
At the bottom of the first panel you can choose how many images you would like to set the image folder to show by changing the value of ' Number of images per page '.


6:
Finally, scroll to the bottom and ' Save Changes '.

To bulk update images follow this step By Step Guide

1:
Once in The Toolkit, click ' Content ' on the left and then choose ' Images '.


2:
Click on the 'Advanced' button top right of your screen.


3:
Then click the ' Bulk Update ' option.


4:
Choose the folder you would like to edit from the drop down option ' Choose Folder '.


5:
Tick the boxes of the images you would like to include add or remove from the image gallery.


6:
If you want these images to be shown within your image gallery ensure the 'Publish:' option is set to ' Show Image in Gallery '.

Or, if you want to remove these images from your gallery, change the drop down option to ' Don't Show image in Gallery '.

Click ' Save Changes ' at the bottom.
