By default, Apple products set all sent, drafts and trash mail to be stored on the iPhone, rather than the server. This could lead to emails being lost if your phone is stolen or damaged.
First of all, locate the
application on your iPhone or iPad.
Scroll down to the section called '
'. Once in Mail, click on '
Here, you'll find a list of all of the email accounts setup on your device. Click on the one that's powered by Toolkit Websites' Email Service.
Click through the Account buttons until you arrive on the page containing in Incoming Server Name. Scroll down to '
' at the bottom.
Click on 'Sent Mailbox' under Mailbox Behaviours and tick the
that sits under 'On The Server'.
Repeat this step for Trash and Drafts.
