Support - Messages

This guide covers how you can see messages sent to you on your Toolkit account.

You may need to use the full-screen option to see the video more clearly.

Step By Step Guide

1:
Login to the Toolkit and navigate to 'Support' and 'Messages'.

You can search for specific messages sent to you using the search bar on the top right of the page.


3:
You can also see the status of each message whether they are: Done, New or Closed.
