All mailboxes with us are setup with a password, consiting of both numbers and letters. You can change your password to be something more memorable by following this guide.
1: In OX Webmail , click on the Hamburger Menu in the top left hand corner of the screen.
2: Following the drop downs, press Settings .
3: Ensure General is selected and on the right hand pane, scroll down to Advanced .
4: Press on Advanced and a drop down will appear with the option to Change Password . Press this.
5: Now enter your Existing Password and what you would like your New Password to be and repeat this. Then press "Change Password and sign out".
6. Congratulations! You have now successfully changed your password.
