How to change your OX Mailbox Password via SMS

All mailboxes with us are assigned a mobile number by the account holder. If you submit for a new password but no message is received, it may be the number is owned by a different user. Please contact support to confirm the number associated with your mailbox

If you can't get into your Webmail account, you can reset the password via SMS by following this guide.

Step By Step Guide

Enter your email and then press "Send Reset Link" .

You will now receive an SMS to the number associated with your mailbox. Follow the link to reach the next step.

Each mailbox has a phone number associated with it.

If you need to change the number, drop us an email specifying which mailbox/es you need this for, and the number it needs to change to.


4:
Here you will need to enter your new password in both fields.

You can also generate a random password for security.

Once done, press "Reset Password" .
