How to import emails to your Webmail

In OX Webmail , click on your account icon at the top right hand of the screen and select Import your emails.

This will take you to the service that will transfer your emails for you. Please follow the step by step instructions on your screen. Ensure you've agreed to their Terms and press Proceed.

The service will ask for your provider and an email address for updates on the migration, please select the appropriate setting on the left, leaving the option on the right as default (Shown in image)

Please note that we have selected Rackspace in this instance for display purposes only.

4:
Enter the source account details (The account you'd like to transfer emails from) and the destination account details (The account you'd like to transfer emails too). Then press Proceed.

6.
Congratulations!   Once the transfer has been completed you'll be able to see your migrated emails in your mailbox!
