OX Webmail - Welcome To Your New Mailbox

Login to your new email account via OX Webmail and follow the step by step guide that allows you to personalise your account.

1:
When you login to App Suite for the first time you will see a Pop Up that guides you through a getting started process.

Simply click Get Started.

Clicking No Thanks will take you through to your inbox.


2:
Set your correct Timezone and hit Next .


3:
Enter your name, or how you'd like the name to appear when your emails are received, IE John Smith.


4:
Select your Theme preference, this is how your Webmail will look colour-wise. Select your personal preference and select Next .


5:
Now you can set up the layout of how you'd like your emails to be displayed in Webmail. Select the best layout for you and select Next .


6:
You can now select your working hours, this is for booking appointments in your Calendar. If you don't want to use the calendar in Webmail, just click Next .


7:
Congratulations, you've now configured webmail to your own personal preferences. Did you know you can also use Webmail on your mobile or tablet device in the same way as an app? 

To set it up, simply scan the QR code with your phone or tablet camera and follow the instructions on your device. 

Once finished, click Done.


8:
You're currently using Webmail on your web browser, but OX offers a brilliant desktop based application, just like Thunderbird or Outlook, as the final step of this set up process.

To use this app for your computer, please be sure to open Webmail in the Google Chrome browser and follow the instructions on the page.
