Setup your Emails in iOS Mail App

This guide will take you through the process of setting up your emails on the iOS default mail app.

Step By Step Guide

1:
On your iOS device, navigate to the "Settings".

In settings scroll down to "Apps".

3:
Once in the apps section of your settings click "Mail".

4:
Select "Mail Accounts".

5:
Select "Add Account".

6:
Enter your email address.

7:
click "Add other account".

8:
From the list, choose "Mail Account".

9:
Enter your name / business name, email address, password and your email address again, then press "Next".

10:
Make sure that the IMAP tab is selected at the top, and input the following details, and then press "Next":

Incoming Mail Server:
Host Name: imap.eu.appsuite.cloud
Username: Your email address
Password: The password for the mailbox

Outgoing Mail Server:
Host Name: smtp.eu.appsuite.cloud
Username: Your email address
Password: The password for the mailbox

Please note: Some of the fields say "Optional", but you should still fill these in.

Finally, make sure that "Mail" is toggled on, and press "Save".
