We're dedicated to helping you make the most out of your website. The training video here allows you to see exactly how to utilise The Toolkit for updating your site and managing your account with us.

One-to-One Training Sessions

We offer One-to-One Training Sessions to all of our clients for free. They're completely unlimited and all of the users on your account can have as many Training Sessions as need be.

We will do our absolute best to schedule a time that works for you, however please know that our Training Sessions can only occur between 10:00 and 12:00, or 14:00-16:00 Monday to Friday.

Training sessions are booked in for 30 minutes, but this can be shorter depending on what you're being trained on specifically.

In the Session

A member of our Team will call you to conduct the training session. When they do, they'll be looking to get a screenshare setup so they can see your screen.

We recommend closing all personal pages/documents, e.g Online Banking or Datasheets, on your computer before the training, as the Team Member conducting the training will be able to see your screen in the session.
