Because of the cost & daily back ups being standard in all our websites packages, we don't encourage clients to back up their websites locally as we take care of that, however for those who want to take a copy please do call us on 01243 913 913 or email our team on support@toolkit.uk and we can get a quote raised for you.
Alternatively all clients are welcome to manually download each element of their website directly, from page HTML to images & graphics used, and use the web archive for design & navigation reference:

If you are looking to get a back up because you are moving your website to a new host, your new provider will be able to migrate your websites design and content over to them without a need for a back up.
