Deleting Menu Items you no longer need is really easy; you can even delete multiple items at a time.
1: In The Toolkit , go to ' Structure ' and ' Menu '.
2: Click on the tick box next to the Menu Item(s) you'd like to delete.
3: At the bottom of the page, press on the Delete button .
