OX allows you to have app/device specific passwords, which is great for your security and for those who want control over where the mailbox is being used and who by. Please see below our step-by-step guide for this.
1: Select the Hamburger menu at the top left of Webmail.
2: Select ' Settings '.
3: Select Security and then Application Passwords .
4: Under Application select Mail App . Then set the Password name (name of the device being used). Then press the Add new password button
5: You'll then be given your login details for the specific device.
6: Congratulations, you have now set up a device-specific password for your mailbox.
