How to set up Two Factor Authentication on your mailbox

In OX Webmail , click on the Hamburger Menu in the top left hand corner of the screen.

Following the drop downs, press Settings .

Ensure Security  is selected and on the right-hand pane select Two-step verification . Then select 'Add verification option'

You will then be asked to add a verification option, you can download Google Authenticator HERE
You can then press the button and proceed to the next step.

5:
You will then need to scan the QR code using the authenticator app you downloaded onto your phone (Or enter the setup code if unable). Once this has been done it will provide you a code to enter in the box at the bottom of this pop-up. Enter it and press 'OK '.

Congratulations!   Two-factor authentication is now set up on your mailbox!
