Look & Feel

The first stage of your website project is for us to agree the design. We will make unlimited changes to the design until you are 100% satisfied with the look of your new website.

Because your website will be responsive, we will be keeping this in mind when creating the first draft. The key to having a website that is mobile responsive is often to keep it simple.

Content

Please email us your text content in Microsoft Word documents and for images, due to their sizes, please send them to us in JPG or PNG formats and via a file sharing service such as Dropbox or WeTransfer. Our team will add in all your content to the website and just like with the design, we can update the content as many times times as necessary until you are completely happy with it.

In order to ensure that your website is mobile friendly, it is key to keep the content layout simple and clear. We will design the layout for you, based around your text content, but if you have a particular layout in mind, by all means let us know, and we can work that into the pages.

Website Address

You will need to tell us the Website Address that you would like to use for your new website (for example www.mycompany.co.uk). We can register a new address for you or we can transfer your existing address.

Email

Once your Website Address is ready then we can set up your professional email address (for example john@mycompany.co.uk). Our team will happily help you setup your new email on your own computer.

Publish!

Once you are completely happy with your new website then you can complete the final stages of the Publication Checklist and press publish! Our support team will then publish your website within 48hours.
