For more information on the email journey or spam score etc. you can check the Full Header of the email. You may need to use the full-screen option to see the video more clearly.
1: Locate the email you wish to view the header for. You may need to navigate through your folders to find it, or Search for the email .
2: Tick the email you wish to check and press the More option in the Toolbar.
3: In the drop down, choose View Full Header.
