How To Confirm Form Recipients

Once logged into the Toolkit it should open the checklist by default. However if it hasn't you can navigate to it by clicking on ' Home ' in the top left, then ' Checklist '. You will now see the publication checklist in front of you.

Once you have the checklist in front of you, click the button labelled ' Form Recipient '.

On the next screen you will be able to see each form you have on the site, in this guide we only have one form. In each of the text boxes type out the email address you would like the notifications to be sent to. Once you are happy with this click the ' Save ' button.
