This guide will show you how to add feedback to the service you have received throughout the build process. Here you can add what we can improve on, what you enjoyed, what you are unsure about and a star rating.
1: Once logged into the Toolkit it should open the checklist by default. However if it hasn't you can navigate to it by clicking on ' Home ' in the top left, then ' Checklist '. You will now see the publication checklist in front of you.
2: Next you will need to click the button labelled ' Feedback '.
3: In the first box you can add what you think we can do to improve.
4: The second box includes what you though we did well.
6: In the third box you can put in anything you are unsure about.
6: The final section of the feedback is a dropdown which will let you select a star rating.
7: Once you have added something in every box click the 'Submit Survey' button at the bottom of the page.
