This guide is here to help you confirm the search engine details when completing the publication checklist. You can either watch the video or follow the written instructions.
1: Once logged into the Toolkit it should open the checklist by default. However if it hasn't you can navigate to it by clicking on ' Home ' in the top left, then ' Checklist '. You will now see the publication checklist in front of you.
2: Now that you can see the publication checklist we need to click on the point labelled ' Search Engines '.
3: The first thing to do is type out the website description . This can always be changed at a later date.
4: The next section involves adding in search terms . There are 5 to add and they gives us a good idea on what you would like to be found for.
5a: Once you have finished these two sections the final step is to press the ' Save Changes ' button. This will tick the ' Search Engines ' point off in the checklist.
5b: Alternatively at the top of the page there is a button that will allow you to ' Do This Later '. This will still tick the point off in the checklist, and you can always come back to it at a later date.
