Add data to a Contact List

After creating your Contact List , you need to add the recipients of your mailer to it. There are 3 ways of uploading this information:

From a CSV File
Add a Single Contact
XLS File

You may need to use the full-screen option to see the video more clearly.

Step By Step Guide

2: Go to the 'Contact Lists ' tab and click on your existing contact list . In the top left corner of the next page, press 'Add Contacts '

3: If true, tick the box that says 'All of the new subscribers I am adding have given me consent to send them email '.

Now Press ' Next Step '

If this isn't true, remove all of the recipients you don't have consent for from your document and then continue.

4: The next page lets you choose which method you'd like to use to add the data to your Contact List:

From a CSV File
Add a Single Contact
XLS File

Click on the above option to continue with instructions for that method.

CSV File
Choose ' Browse ' and find the CSV file in your documents. Once selected, press ' Add '.

Now, assign the fields a title if you've got more than just and 'Email' column in your document.

Press ' Add ' Once you're happy with the fields. This will start adding the contacts in your file. You will be notified if any contacts aren't uploaded via the Error Report.

Add a Single Contact
Enter the single email address you'd like to add and press ' Add '.

XLS
Choose ' Browse ' and find the XLS file in your documents. Once selected, press ' Add '.

Now, assign the fields a title if you've got more than just and 'Email' column in your document.

Press ' Add ' Once you're happy with the fields. This will start adding the contacts in your file. You will be notified if any contacts aren't uploaded via the Error Report.
